Yeah this is possible with the current "shared user" feature, though we want to improve its UX.

That's interesting. You'll notice that you have an automatic circle with all the people you follow, and since we've talked about the possibility of optionally sharing circles as lists (with certain boundaries applied) in future, this would then become possible.
