Fire, 17th century Catholic repression

Daughter was full of cold at the weekend so we didn't end up going to a bonfire/fireworks display as we'd planned.

Tonight we all went out into the garden, toasted marshmallows on the fire pit and burned the 'guy' she made out of socks and straw at Scouts last week! 馃敟

Bonfire seemed an appropriate platform to post this 馃槈

Hi, it's me again with another survey. I know, but to my benefit we made some changes. We are using Frama Soft to avoid using Google Forms and have new questions with some of the oldest ones. All this, thanks to suggestions from @ivan and tutors. Without any further, I leave the survey.framaforms.org/bonfire-surve...+User Experience

I wanted to contribute, but the UX of that form is horrendous. I'm used to hunting between 'United Kingdom', 'Great Britain' and 'England' on drop-downs, but none of them seem to exist? Also, if you want the form to be anonymous then don't ask for my exact age but rather give age brackets for me to choose from. Finally, I couldn't change the language of the form. 馃槓

Native Land Digital

"Native Land Digital strives to create conversations about the history of colonialism, Indigenous ways of knowing, and settler-Indigenous relations, through educational resources such as our map and Territory Acknowledgement Guide. We strive to go beyond old ways of talking about Indigenous people and to develop a platform where Indigenous communities can represent themselves and their histories on their own terms."

Wow, what an amazing visualisation and resource! 馃ぉ
