Bug report:

• Observed behaviour: navigating with my keyboard the "+" button doesn't seem to be selectable.
• Expected behaviour: the "+" button should be among the first selected items.

Can we add tooltips to the sidebar icons on Desktop. I have no idea what they are supposed to be, and I'm barely inclined to click through and figure it out.
