This should simply include all supported activity and object types.
Having a similar setting for what to show in other feeds would also make sense (local/federated/timelines on profiles...).
And another for what to show others on my own profile timeline.

I added a bottom margin to the load more button as a quick workaround but dunno what's the root cause.
We could make the icons used configurable, but in view of having good defaults, does anyone have suggestions? We can choose from this set of 100,000+ icons: icon-sets.iconify.design
