This playground instance of Bonfire seems to have slowed down quite a bit over the course of the day! I wonder if we could encourage some monthly contributions to beef up the server?

fwiw loading the local feed seems to take some time in my Firefox on MacOS. Compared with social.coop/mastodon for example, it seems laggy.
Agreed, it was really snappy this morning (I asked and server is ARM-based, quad-core with 24GB RAM) so there's something going on...
Loading these feeds is so slow! Leaving this payground for today. Life is too short to wait so long for the screen. Goodnight.
