some first replies:

  1. those animations are included into our css framework (we use daisyui, I need to check if we can optionally disable them)
  2. good point!
  3. the boundary dropdown will be soo refactored, as we're working on adding custom boundary (see this: github.com/bonfire-networks/... )
  4. didnt noticed so far
  5. you're right, that's because we're using Quilljs a wyswyg editor based on html, rather than md -> in the medium term we'll add the possibility to configure your own editor (quilljs / prosemirror / ...) or to go with a simple textarea, quill was the easier to start with, but probably prosemirror will be the best default in the long run
  6. same as above
  7. ack!
  8. ack!
  9. ack!
  10. we've an open issue for that: github.com/bonfire-networks/...

@BonfireBuilders

self-reply for additional feedback, mucho texto episode 2

  • the full post shows up for interactions, which is p. bad for long posts
  • enabling desktop notifications with a bunch of bonfire tabs open is the worst thing you can do, i'm still dealing with the consequences
  • DMs show a (1) counter? is this the number of active DMs? would be much more useful to see the # of unseen messages
